About the Convention

An exciting program with international speakers and sector leaders is now available here. In summary, the days are divided into:

29 November – Strategy meetings (primary audience: Medical Research Institute Board members, Directors and Senior Executives).

Followed by the AAMRI Dinner, at Parliament House, Canberra (all delegates welcome to attend). The The Hon Emma McBride MP, Assistant Minister for Mental Health and Suicide Prevention and Assistant Minister for Rural and Regional Health, will be guest speaker in 2022.

30 November – Business Managers and Operations Meeting (primary audience: Medical Research Institute Senior Executives)

The AAMRI Convention & Dinner is a free, member only* event.

AAMRI members are encouraged to have their Director and senior executives attend the AAMRI Convention and Dinner, as well as a representative of their Board. The AAMRI Convention sessions are tailored to different groups of delegates:
