Guide: Social media for medical research institutes during COVID-19

13th May, 2020

The pace of change in communications and fundraising during COVID-19 in our sector has been unprecedented. At AAMRI we’ve been constantly impressed to see the quick turnaround of campaigns and scientific information from our members.

To help the sector, AAMRI and Opyl Limited have worked together to create a best-practice guide for medical research institutes to navigate social media during the unprecedented COVID-19 crisis.

The comprehensive Guide (available to download below) covers joining in the debate online, humour, how to talk about non-COVID-19 issues, and things to consider as we come to the end of this crisis and news cycle. We’re pleased to be able to offer this now to our Members. It is meant as a resource for Communication Managers and Executives to share and fuel discussions within your own Institutes as you see fit.

The work from Opyl Limited pro bono, and we thank them for their contribution.
